I love New year’s eve. Every time the old year ends and a new year begins, I get a feeling of inspiration.

It feels like I have a new chance to become a better version of myself.

That’s why I love to set new year’s resolutions.

I have some very exciting new year’s resolutions for 2019, which I want to share with you all. Sharing them has 2 reasons:

  1. Because it motivates me even more
  2. Because I hope to inspire others to also set goals for the new year

I always divide my goals into different categories. This year I will be focusing on:

  1. Health and fitness
  2. Business/Blog
  3. Personal development
  4. Fun

Health and fitness

I am very proud of myself for sticking to my trainings-plan the past year. For, I worked out almost every day in 2018, yay.

Last year my main focus was on my personal fitness. I accomplished a lot of things I set myself to. Like, to squat 70kg. Or to build a lot of muscle mass.

This year, this life category isn’t my main focus. Nevertheless, I will go to the gym every other day to make sure I keep my fitness levels and build more muscle.

I love feeling great from the inside out and that’s my number one reason why I love to workout.

Here are my goals:

  1. Build more muscle mass (especially in the legs)
  2. Become stronger – squat 80 kg 1RM, deadlift 75 kg 1RM
  3. Do Yoga for regeneration and fun
  4. Learn Horse back riding  

2. Business/Blog

My main focus this year is going to be on my Business and Blog. I am so motivated to work towards my goals and make my dreams come true.

I have a few really exciting projects, which I am already working on and which will be released this year.

2019’s goals are to:

  1. Start my Personal Coaching business (online and one2one)
  2. Create my first digital product
  3. Create and launch my very own product

I have more mini goals, like:

  • Posting 2 Blog posts a week
  • Being consistent on Instagram
  • Creating an email marketing community of 10000 people
  • Doing sponsored posts

3. Personal development

Mind management and personal growth have become my favorite things to do. I absolutely love to challenge myself, get out of my comfort zone and learn new things in general.

These are a few of my daily goals:

  1. Meditating more (at least 5 minutes a day)
  2. Believing in myself more
  3. Having more quiet-time, without Netflix, distraction
  4. Being more productive
  5. Being more environmentally-friendly
  6. Spreading more positivity

4. Fun

In the health category, I already mentioned that I want to learn horse-back riding.

A little backstory:

As a child, my biggest dream has been to own a horse. I loved to ride (I rode 5 years) and it was my biggest passion. Unfortunately, I had to stop riding, because we couldn’t afford it any longer and because the stables were too far away.

A few weeks ago I suddenly realized that I am in a different city and certainly old enough to make my own decisions. That’s why I decided to start riding again.

And it is one of my new year’s resolutions to get back at it and learn it all over again.

I am so committed. It is just so much fun to learn new things.

Remember, you are never too old to learn new things.

So, if you are interested in something , don’t get scared what others might think. Simply start!
