How it works

  1. First, we will have a video chat to get to know each other and discuss your goals, current stats, limits/injuries…
  2. Then I will create a detailed workout program based on your wishes, your body, personal goals while keeping in mind your weaknesses and limits
  3. During the 12 weeks you can message me any time and ask questions
  4. In the next weeks we will have 1 video chat every 1-2 weeks to track your progress and make adjustments, if necessary.
