Hi there, my name is Hana. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga lover and Physiotherapy student from Austria. My mission is to help women and men to achieve their best shapes and to feel amazing from the inside out.
Aside from working out, I love to explore new places, cultures, and food, meet new people and read good books.
I discovered my love for fitness and yoga on my own journey to body positivity. Just like most teenage girls, I used to do crazy fad diets and starve myself with the only intention to get “in shape”.
At the age of 15, I was exposed to the yogic philosophy, as well as the fitness lifestyle. The combination of hard and sweaty weightlifting sessions, with calming, meditative yoga practices, made me to the happiest person. Ever since I started this lifestyle, I am feeling so much love and positivity from the inside out.
That’s when I experienced the need to share my idea of this powerful duo, fitness, and yoga. So I started to write about wellness, fitness, yoga, food, and travel on my Blog and Instagram. My approach to health is a rather holistic approach. Because, to be well, for me, means to be healthy both in the body and the mind/spirit. And that’s what this blog is all about.
To help as many women and men to feel good in their bodies and to achieve their goals, I decided to become a Personal Trainer and to study Physiotherapy.
