With autumn coming up I wanted to share a recipe that is perfect for a rainy, cuddling kind of day. I was inspired by the lovely Veggiekins, who made a similar recipe video on her Youtube channel. This cookie dough is vegan, high in protein and made from chickpeas. It makes a delicious snack for your inner sweet tooth and is a great source of protein, without consuming animal products. Additionally this meal is very filling, which is why I was only able to eat half of this portion. I would strongly recommend this recipe to anyone who loves cookie dough, but wants a healthy option of this deliciousness. Because of its high amount of carbs, it is also perfect for people, who are bulking.
